In the directory if an organisation is 'VERIFIED' it means they have contacted us and confirmed their address details
If an organisation is 'UNVERIFIED' it means we have found information on them and included that in the Directory but it has not been confirmed by the organisation.
Organisations self designate themselves as Social Enterprises, Not-For-Profits, Cooperatives or Associations, Environmental Goods or Services, Fairtrade or similar, or Donor organisations. We have not applied any other selection criteria. In a later version we plan to add in the accreditation standards they confirm such as organic or Fair-Trade. For the unverified we will make some provisional assessments but these are estimates only.
