R3E is an incorporated association not for gain, initiated by the Ministry of Mines and Energy. MISSION To coordinate and advance all renewable energy and energy efficiency-related developments in Namibia and disseminate reliable information to ensure the efficient and sustainable use of all energy resources for the benefit of present and future generations in Namibia.
