AIMS
To contribute towards the realisation of Namibia's development objectives; to contribute towards capacity-building at national and local levels; to ensure the active participation of marginalised groups in their own development; to help build a pool of development promoters who will vigorously take up Namibia's development challenges; to cooperate with other institutions in order to ensure the efficient and effective use of scarce resources; and to act as a resource that can help overcome the knowledge and skills deficits that hamper social development.
