The Family Community Based Organization Kenya formally Family Rock Youth Group was registered under the ministry of gender, sports, culture and social services as a self help group on 10th August 2006, It has been upgraded and registered under the same Ministry as a Community Based Organization on 12th May 2010. We are located in Jericho one of the residential estates in Nairobi eastlands, Makadara Constituency, Harambee Ward.
 
Currently we have 30 bonafide members but we are targeting 100 youths. This has made us to recruit 10 out of school youths whom at the moment we are mentoring and are involving them in our different organizations activities and projects that we run through the organizations Resource Centre, 'The Family Resource Centre'.
