Bush and Beyond is the central booking and reservations office for a selection of small luxury camps and lodges including Lewa Wilderness, Mara Plains Camp, ol Donyo Lodge, Ol Malo, Ol Seki Mara Camp, Sarara Camp and The Sanctuary at Ol Lentille. As well, we manage the bookings for 5 private houses available for exclusive use – Acacia House, Lewa House, Mara House, Ol Malo House and Topi House and also the mobile walking safaris, Walking Wild out of the Lewa Conservancy, Sarara Walking Safaris in Namunyak and the mobile riding safari Ride Kenya out of ol Donyo Lodge.
For over 20 years the principals of Bush and Beyond have been involved in the East African safari industry as tour operators and lodge owners. In June of 2003, Chris Flatt and Trish Luke joined forces to establish Bush and Beyond. With offices in Nairobi and marketing representation in the UK and North America, Bush and Beyond is a vibrant and growing company.
The staff at Bush and Beyond are able to manage all of your needs from the moment you arrive until you depart – including checking availabilities and making bookings at properties, arranging any internal flights/transfers or any other ground handling arrangements.
The Bush and Beyond portfolio features Kenyan and Tanzanian safari destinations as varied as the different habitats they occupy, and as individual as their owners. The properties are run by individuals who know the land, the people and the wildlife that lives there. All are privately owned and are in secluded conservation areas where guests will not have the peace of the bush destroyed. This is the real Africa. Bush and Beyond is a proud member of Ecotourism Kenya. As a member, we accept our responsibility to protect and enhance the natural and cultural environment of the areas in which we operate as an integral part of the larger environmental system of the planet.
