We decided to use the market challenge as an opportunity ''Social entrepreneur'' Where by We have opened a market chain to beekeepers so that they could have a place to selling the honey at fair price, due to the facts that market has become a great challenge to them and make many farmers not value beekeeping activities some stopped and sometimes others even isolate their hives in the forest with bees.
The mechanism we use on this social entrepreneur is establishing one center in each village where by there is responsible person to collect the harvested honey then record names and weighing the honey this is done in all areas of beekeeping during harvesting season. The person who responsible to collect the honey from beekeepers get paid bonus according to number of kilogram collected same to all villages.
Then after the honey get collected from centers, beekeepers get paid their money, we advised beekeepers to be carefully with the storage of honey prior to collection, use good harvesting techniques however we can guarantee safety in this honey bees since is harvested in natural forest (Miombo woodlands) where there is no pollution and beekeepers use no medicine in their hives. Furthermore in our team we have person holds bachelor of food science and technology for quality assurance and supervising packaging process.
