Agro-Processing (Rice and Flour): SOBUSEVA is a national community-based service association that works with vulnerable populations, particularly returning refugees and internally displaced persons. Nearly 4,000 marginalized people benefit from the group's activities. Project funds are enabling SOBUSEVA to install milling and hulling machines in five communities, acquire training, and pay for administrative costs.
