Zimbabwe Watch is an independent coalition of organisations in the Netherlands that contributes to the creation of a democratic and prosperous Zimbabwe for all Zimbabweans. A Zimbabwe that respects human rights and treaties and its commitments to good governance, socio-economic development and the rule of law. Zimbabwe Watch keeps Zimbabwe in the public and political spotlight through lobbying, communication work and networking.
 
Lobbying: Zimbabwe Watch lobbies decision makers and institutions that have influence on Zimbabwe at Dutch, European and International level. This is complementary to lobby and advocacy undertaken at Southern African and African level by partner organisations.
 
Communication: Zimbabwe Watch keeps Zimbabwe in the public spotlight through the publication of reports, media events and briefings.
 
Networking: To develop relevant, timely and adequate lobby and communication strategies Zimbabwe Watch works closely with partners in Zimbabwe, the Southern Africa region and Europe. It participates actively in relevant European networks and weaves together relevant actors from and topics in Europe, Zimbabwe and Southern Africa
