Since 1995, PELUM Association has been working to improve the livelihoods of small-scale farmers and the sustainability of farming communities, by fostering ecological land use management. PELUM Association is a network of over 200 civil society organisations involved in rural development in eastern, central and southern Africa. We: Share skills and knowledge about best practices and techniques Undertake research and demonstration projects Lobby for policies that better support small-scale farmers Through these approaches, we are increasing farmers' ability to improve their livelihoods.
