Mission Statement
To provide multifaceted and diversified youth friendly HIV/AIDS and development programmes and services for youths in Midlands province and eventually spread to other provinces and the whole country.

Objectives
To promote youth responsibility and behavioural change communication among the youths as key strategy in prevention sexual transmission of HIV.
To provide professional qualitative youth friendly counselling and psychosocial services for youths.
To increase and make access to information for youths through libraries, resource and information centres.
To build the capacity of youths in life skills to enable them to effectively respond to the challenges of HIV/AIDS and other Reproductive health challenges.
To ensure that young people especially girls and young women are able to find their equal place within the matrix of relationships and community gender relations and opportunities.
To promote gender sensitive access and awareness of reproductive health services and rights.
To facilitate community youths dialogues on public health, HIV/AIDS and other vulnerability factors for youths. Promote empowerment of young people through interventions in livelihoods and self help initiatives for youths in disadvantaged communities.
To lobby for realistic and meaningful inclusion of youths in policy formulation and planning.
To advocate for sound youth driven youth policies through public speaking, debates, workshops, seminars and publications.
To provide a platform for youths to network
To establish a multipurpose youth friendly centre in midlands province of Zimbabwe that offer diverse youth services from counselling, treatment, indoor and outdoor games, edutainment and income generating projects.
