ADRA Zimbabwe was registered as a welfare organization in 1980 with the Ministry of Public Service Labour and Social Welfare of Zimbabwe as the Seventh-Day Adventist World Service, Zambezi Union (W/O 24/68). The ADRA Zimbabwe portfolio consists of Community Development and Emergency management. ADRA Zimbabwe has gained considerable experience in two portfolios and since 2000, the agency has reached over 200 000 beneficiaries through food security, education and health projects as well as relief activities.
