Zigzag B&B offers 12 motel style rooms. Our accommodation consists of double, twin, single and family rooms which are set within a secure 1½ acre plot boasting tranquil landscaped gardens centered around a secluded swimming pool and locally renowned restaurant.
 
 
Our restaurant serves delicious homemade food of the highest standard. It is also open for dinner and drinks.
 
Our clean comfortable rooms offer air-conditioning, towels, mosquito nets, coils & en-suite bathrooms with showers, hand basin and W.C.
 
ZigZag, in conjunction with our own small UK charity – Life Begins, supports 3 projects in the poorest areas of Livingstone – Ngwenya and Malota.
 
We currently feed and provide day care for 100 orphaned and vulnerable children in Ngwenya, providing them with a stable environment during the day when their carers are absent, or if they are from child-headed families, providing them with much needed adult support. We arrange medical treatment, provide education and stimulation through teaching and play, and in 2010 sponsored 38 of these children into school.
 
We have also started 2 craft groups, where we have provided training, materials and business advice to women who have no other means of earning a living. The items are sold in Zig Zag's restaurant and all the funds are returned back to the women. This has allowed one grandmother to start a business rearing chickens, and another has built a house, allowing her to move out of the tent she had occupied for years. Other women have been able to buy more and better food for their children, pay off debts, plant vegetables and even save for a rainy day.
