Specific Objectives:
*(i) To promote Advocacy activities for the effective use and application of ICT.
*(ii) To mobilize adequate resources for effective running of the Forums activities.
*(iii) To research in ICT in order to generate information and knowledge for end users.
*(iv) To undertake capacity building programmes to foster the effective use and application of ICT.
*(v) To undertake lobbying activities so as to influence policies and programmes.
*(vi) To network in ICT at various levels so as to enhance information sharing and best practices. To develop an effective and relevant administration and management structure in order to ensure efficient coordination of programmes"
