An organisation of pastoralists founded in 1991 to promote economic development and social welfare of the Moipo communities in Kiteto District. Also works on issues of community empowerment to produce long-term economic sustainability. The organization runs an advocacy, human rights and legal services unit which focuses on the rights of indigenous minorities, women's rights and children's rights. The unit runs four training sessions per year, bringing together traditional and community leaders of both genders to participate in training on human rights, democracy, leadership, planning, management skills and land rights issues. The organization works with 15 women's groups and four youth groups through supporting income-generating projects, literacy classes, and development education programs. It hopes to sponsor income-generating projects in traditional crafts and sewing, to bring milling machines into the area, to set up a nursery school, and to develop cooperative housing for youth.
