A walk through Hout Bays World of Birds Wildlife Sanctuary and Monkey Park is truly a walk through nature a fascinating glimpse into the private lives of about 400 different species of birds small mammals and monkeys in walk-through enclosures. It is one of the largest bird parks in the world. It also serves as a hospital, orphanage and breeding centre, voluntarily caring for injured wild birds and animals, and for the breeding of threatened species wherever possible.
