We are a resources company, with a primary interest in developing geothermal energy as a viable resource. This has not been done before in the region so we face the problems of a typical start-up. We therefore cross-subsidize our geothermal work by doing consulting into the mining sector, most notably reforming mining in a way as to make it more sustainable by reducing the environmental impact while incresing the number and benificiaries and the range of benefits. Central to this is develoing a New Social Charter for Mining that becomes the social licence to mine, exceeding the mere legal licence to mine. We specialize in Mine Closure strategies that are designed to meet these objectives. We are most active in the coal mining sector at this time.
