We grow organic wine and table grapes and manufacture organic wine and organic no-added-sulphur wine. We make the majority of our income from what we sell for a profit. Premiums on sales of wine through fair trade (not Fairtrade, there is a difference) pay back the commercial loan for the workers' shareholding in the enterprise. A tiny portion of our income is from ad hoc donations from our agents abroad and is directed to the support of specific social development projects.
