Rozendal Farm is situated on the outskirts of the historic town of Stellenbosch at the gateway of the Jonkershoek valley. Our country inn consists of 16 guest cottages, situated between the vineyards overlooking Stellenbosch, and restaurant specialises in the freshest local ingredients. Since 1994 Rozendal is managed biologically with an environmental and health conscious approach, which ensures clean air, water and soil. In May 2001 we incorporated Biodynamic farming methods and have become members of the Biodynamic Agricultural Association. We have a mixed farming operation including vegetables and animals (dairy cows and horses). All life is encouraged.
