Founded 1993, Procon Environmental Technologies specializes in hydrocarbon contamination management and pollution prevention, as well as bioremediation and oily water separation in the petrochemical, mining and manufacturing industries. Our systems, Mycelx and Ultraspin, are designed specifically for the removal of oil from water, preventing oil pollution contaminating ecosystems and are currently installed at numerous locations throughout Southern Africa such as Transnet, Anglo Coal, Aquarius Platinum, BHP Billiton, Total SA and Sasol SA amongst others.
 
Furthermore, in 2010 Procon introduce a new range of oil-in-water monitors to the South African market that is set to ensure better proactive management of harmful discharges across various industrial sectors. Our focus is the prevention and treatment of oil pollution in soil and water.
