Nimba (Xhosa for deep feelings a mom has for her child, that tugging feeling from the womb) is a new range that is inspired by love and respect for self, others and the environment. We create our garments lovingly using environmentally-friendly fabrics such as hemp and soy. We try and use natural dyes and keep with our ethos of doing our part for our environment and thus leave a legacy for our children - showing them all the love and respect. Our embroideries tell a story - we use figures of speech in pictures, encouraging curiosity about different sayings from different cultures.
