Greenways Fine Cheeses was created in 2002 by Sue Smallwood.
It is a small cheesemaking concern which creates organic cheeses and bulk cheeses for the restaurant and catering industry.
The cheeses are made from wholesome milk sourced from two farmers who believe in the wholesome quality of milk. The milk is hormone, antibiotic and pesticide free.
The cultures used are not genetically modified and the rennet used is from vegetable origin.
The Organic cow's milk is an certified organic by BCS Germany. Ayrshire milk which has superior qualities for cheesemaking.
