We are members of the Association of Uganda Tour Operators and the Rwanda Tour and Travel Association, as well as the Africa Travel and Tourism Association in the United Kingdom. Every member of staff is qualified in first aid; all our clients are automatically covered by AMREF Flying Doctors medical evacuation insurance to Nairobi; and we have a specialist tour operator liability insurance policy worth US$1 million.
