OLIPA-ODES(organisation for sustainable development ) was formed in 1999 and registered in 2000 as part of the Group Rural Enterprise Development Programme carried out by CLUSA in Nampula Province. Its vision is to improve rural communities' living conditions through the promotion of sustainable farmer organisations.
