The company is wholly owned by the Government, with the aim of providing financial services to rural communities. The Company is to be privatized. The challenge is how to privatize the company without compromising the target group, the rural communities, and especially the agricultural sector. Another challenge is the sourcing of resources with the ever-increasing demand for loans
