Adventist Development and Relief Agency [ADRA] - Malawi
ADRA Malawi works with people in poverty and distress to create just and positive change through empowering partnerships and responsible action.
ADRA Malawi has for the past 15 years been involved in different relief and developmental programs country wide.
Though it started as a small faith based organization in Malawi, ADRA Malawi has gained a lot of recognition and confidence from the government of Malawi and other international donors. Currently, ADRA Malawi has a presence in 18 of Malawi's 28 districts.
ADRA Malawi is part of the international ADRA network. ADRA is a non-governmental organization present in 125 countries providing sustainable community development and disaster relief without regard to political or religious association, age, gender, race and ethnicity.
ADRA Malawi receives support from several ADRA offices and foreign governments including Denmark, Australia, Sweden, the USA and UN agencies. ADRA Malawi also works in partnership with the Government of Malawi to reach the Development Goals. Mission
