Community based marine conservation. The project is to "expand and strengthen sea cucumber farming as a sustainable source of income for marginalised coastal communities in western Madagascar through improving local business development and social organisation to increase the participation of producers in the value chain". it is a sustainable economic alternative to overexploitation of natural resources.
