Needs of Organisation: funding to buy equipment: budding tapes, knives, root stalks, seeds, tree seedlings pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, ploughing and discing, water pipes funding to give training all over the country to OVC and herdboys need advanced technical training in agriculture, marketing, administration study tours
