Established in 1989 as a public organization with a national mandate. Its priority themes are participatory communication for sustainable development and democracy; training and communication for social change.
 
Aims & Objectives
To improve the effectiveness of development projects through training, communication, evaluation and other inputs; to support development activities within the broad areas of poverty alleviation, education and literacy, gender and equality and to promote social justice.
