Initiatives (Pty) Ltd has been serving civil society organisations in the North West of Botswana for the last 10 years and has developed a good reputation for delivering practical and relevant interventions and trainings. Initiatives supports organisations and businesses with regards to governance needs, organisational development, strategic services, financial management, and development of management systems. Initiatives is based in Maun, North West of Botswana and as such has an extensive understanding of organisational dynamics in this local.
