Manyana Community Development Trust (MACODET) is a community trust based in Manyana whose main aim is to promote and encourage Community Based eco-tourism in Manyana. The trust was formed in 2006. The main aim of the Trust is to pursue socio-economic development of the people of Manyana through various enterprising ideas. In terms of historical sites, the area surrounding Manyana has important monuments such as Kolobeng and Dimawe. Kolobeng Site Museum is about half an hour drive from Gaborone.
